The Coach House - Bed and Breakfast Accommodation

The recently rebuilt Coach House is set in farmland and woodlands with the River Brue flowing through the fields and woods; it is an elegantly furnished and comfortable house in the heart of Somerset.

The coach house buildings were part of a working farm and some unused stables. We converted all this into our five bed roomed house during 2004 in order to retain our family home which has been in the Thring family since 1775.

Directions

Alford lies 2 miles west of Castle Cary on the B3153. In Alford turn right (sign post To The Coach House) up the tarmac lane between two houses. Drive on past the Church and carry straight on to The Coach House at the top of the drive.
