Pigsty, Cowstall and Bullpen Cottages are all converted from buildings at one time intended for use as the appropriate names indicate. Bullpen is the latest conversion and is also the largest, sleeping 7 plus cot (an extra bed can be included if you are desperate to sleep 8 people). Pigsty and Cowstall both sleep 5 plus cot and an extra bed can be included in these cottages as well. All the cottages have central heating, colour television, microwave, refrigerator and shower in bath. Electricity, linen and tea towels are provided. Parking is near the cottages; pets and smokers are welcome.

Set in the lovely Somerset countryside at the extremity of Charlton Musgrove, these cottages provide a wonderfully relaxing countryside environment within reach of a number of interesting areas, and attractions, depending on your particular interest. We can arrange for you to watch the milking at a neighbours farm, and are happy to take you on a tour of our farm. The garden is available for use, with a climbing frame for the children, and a Bar-B-Q. The games room has a pool table, table tennis table, darts board (and darts) and a number of games to entertain the children, with the wash room next door.

There is a pub just one mile's walk away with good meals, and another in the opposite direction which also provides good meals but it's a bit further away - like two miles! We can contact people about horse-riding, golf and fishing.

We are open all year, with short term and midweek breaks in low winter season. Brochure and tariff on request.

London side of Wincanton, from A303 leave bypass at Bruton B3081, follow signs for B3081 Charlton Musgrove (turn right by Hunter's Lodge Pub). When in the village turn right into Barrow Lane (just before the Smithy Pub). Follow lane through the village, the road bends left and gets very narrow, you will then see the farm on your right
